1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Regalo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. Description of Service

Regalo connects food truck vendors with nearby customers through live GPS location tracking, order-ahead functionality, and pickup coordination. We provide the platform; vendors are independent businesses responsible for their own food and operations.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use Regalo. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

4. Vendor Obligations

Food truck vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their menu, pricing, and availability information, and for complying with all applicable food safety, health, and business licensing requirements. Regalo is not responsible for a vendor's food safety compliance.

5. Payments & Fees

Vendors receive 0% commission on orders during their first 30 days on Regalo. After the trial period, a low, flat transaction fee applies per order. There are no hidden subscriptions, setup costs, or lock-in contracts — vendors can leave at any time.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, including submitting false location or menu data, attempting to circumvent payment processing, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Regalo is provided "as is." We do our best to keep location and menu data accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Regalo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Termination

You may stop using Regalo and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
