• Location data — foodie customers' approximate location to show nearby trucks on the map; vendor GPS location while a truck is actively broadcasting as "live."
• Order and payment data — processed securely through our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
• Usage analytics — basic app usage data (pages viewed, features used) to help us improve the product.

Why We Collect It

We use this data to power live truck discovery, process orders, provide customer support, send order and account notifications, and improve the app over time.

Do We Sell Your Data?

No. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is only shared with the service providers necessary to operate Regalo (such as our payment processor and cloud hosting provider), under contracts that require them to protect it.

Data Retention

We retain your account and order data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as required for legal, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes.
